    The Wonder Years

Wow 26 years ago today The Wonder Years premiered on tv! One of the best shows of all time!

I created this illustration last year to celebrate the 25th year of the premier right after my wife and I did a marathon of the entire series. It was such a great show and it still holds up in relevance to this day.

It was also an honor to have my illustration and sketch re-Tweeted by all three main cast members: Fred Savage, Danica McKellar, and Josh Saviano!

  • The Strokes pre-9/11

From the vault: an illustration for The Philadelphia Weekly of The Strokes just two months before 9/11. I remember I bought the album for ‘research’ and really liked it. Then after Sept 11 they repackaged it and took out the song ‘New York City Cops’ to show respect for the men in blue. http://www.philadelphiaweekly.com/arts-and-culture/38353609.html

  • Dinner with a Mummy

I know it’s a little early for Halloween but here’s one from the vault that has that vibe: an illustration from 2007 for the OC Weekly. It had something to do with dinner at the museum or eating in the museum.mummyf2
